Foothills Housing Corporation’s Essential Home Repair and Modification Program is available to qualified homeowners.

Qualifications: Cannot exceed 80% of AMI in the county in which you reside, you must be the homeowner living in the home and have a repair that is creating a health or safety issue.

Repairs and modifications we offer: Roof leaks, plumbing leaks, repair of rotted or damaged floors, walk-in showers, grab bars and accessible ramps. Other repairs may be made depending on severity.

We do not offer: mold remediation, painting or driveway repairs.
